link. Simply click on the product you would like to buy, go
thru the check out and at the end of the process you will
find several methods of payments for your convenience. There
are never any hidden costs, shipping is a flat $5.95 USD for
ALL orders, regardless of the quantities of medicine you order.
Please limit orders to 8 orders of any one product, you may
order more than one product. (Example: You may order 8 orders
of Amoxil, 2 orders of Xenical & 3 orders of Ultram in
one order but we will not accept 10 orders of Amoxil.) Also
be aware that when placing an order with onlinemexicomeds.com
you are agreeing that the products you are ordering are for
your "own personal use".

prescription? |

products sold are classified as non-controlled medicine within
Mexico (meaning you can walk into any pharmacy and buy our
products without a prescription). By ordering from Medicine
Mexico you are agreeing that you are only purchasing medicine
for your own personal use. Medicine Mexico does not have a
pharmacist on staff, we will never offer medical advice, we
will never advise to dosages or usage of any products and
we state thru out the website that you must be familiar with
and have a safe history with any of the products you purchase
prior to ordering from us. We are simply a resource to be
used to acquire medicine at discount prices. Althought our
medicine catalogue doesnt require a rx in Mexico we encourage
you to have a valid prescription if the medications you are
buying require a prescrition in your country. You can also
send us a copy of your prescription or prescription pill bottle

It is legal to
order medicines from Mexico and have them shipped to you as
long as you are ordering medicine for your own personal use.
All products we sell are classified as non-controlled within
Mexico, all products sold are FDA approved. It is important
to understand how the products are coming to you. We are not
running over the border from the United States into Mexico
and purchasing medicine and carrying it back across the border
to put it in the mail to our customers. All products are sent
from our offices within Mexico City, all products are sent
thru customs and available for inspection by customs. The
return label on the package you receive is the exact location
of where it is being sent from. If you have further questions
or concerns about legalities please check with your government
agencies. |

What kinds of shipping options do you offer? |

Please
take note, we only offer ONE shipping option. All packages
are sent by registered mail and take approx. 10 to 21 business
days to arrive. All packages are sent from Mexico directly
to you and signatures are required upon delivery. If no one
is at home at the time of delivery then you will receive a
notice from your local postal office that you have a package
waiting to be picked up. All packages pass thru customs if
the destination is within the United States and we are not
able to ship by Fed Ex, UPS or any other means of express
delivery. Please do not ask us to "rush" your shipment,
at this time, we only have ONE means of shipping offered.
Shipping is always $5.95 for all orders, regardless of quantities
ordered. |

What kinds of payment options do you offer? |

have several options of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Personal
checks, Business checks, Cashiers checks or Money orders are
welcome. All credit card payments take 24 to 72 hours to be
approved by our Merchant Bank located in Mexico, upon verification
your order will be processed. Please note that all NSF checks
returned to us will be charged a $25.00 fee and immediately
turned over to our collection agency and you will not be welcome
to order in the future. |

Mexico is a registered corporation within Mexico. Our distribution
center is located in Mexico City & all packages are sent
directly from Mexico to our customers worldwide. We established
an on-line presence in 1999 and continue to grow rapidly.
We trust that our reputation is solid because we handle all
marketing in-house, we do not have affiliate programs or wholesale
programs, and all customers are treated as individuals. |

What is your refund policy? |

Very
simple! If you do not receive the product you ordered than
you will receive your money back. If you receive notice that
your package is waiting for pick-up and you do not claim your
package and it is returned to our offices then we will re-ship
your package for an additional shipping fee of $6.00 if you
contact us. If you wish to return a product, please contact
us prior so that we may provide you with assistance, once
the product is received back to Mexico you will be issued
a full refund as long as the product is completely sealed
and unused. If you return a product due to our error you will
be issued a 100% refund, if you return a product for any
other reason you will not be issued a refund for shipping
costs. Please note that it may take 4 to 6 weeks for a package
to return back to our offices in Mexico. |

Do you sell products that are not listed on your website?

you have a special request please feel free to contact us
at info@onlinemexicomeds.com and let us know exactly what you are
looking for. Please take note that we do not sell any kind
of narcotic, we do not sell any codiene, vicodin, xanax, morphine,
oxycontin, or anything similar. We also do not sell injectables.
All products we sell come from the manufacturer already
pre-packaged. Most of these products are manufactured by
the same large corporations located within the United States
and distributed to Mexico. The labeling on the packages
are written in Spanish. Unlike many other online pharmacies
today, we DO NOT sell products from India or any other third
world country. |

How do I find the status of my order? |

If
you have completed check-out and received an automated confirmation
via email than please assume that your order is being processed.
Delivery takes approx. 10 to 21 business days to arrive by
registered mail. If we are unable to process your order than
we will contact you. It is important that regardless of the
method of ordering that you submit an email address. ALL CORRESPONDENCE
is handled via email or fax. Our shipping department hours
of operation are Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm (mexico time),
weekends and holidays the shipping department is closed, your
package will be processed the next business day.
We are unable to provide a tracking number on your package
the Mexico postal service is different from those postal
services within other countries so the number given to the
package will not help our customers in tracking down their
order.
If after 10 to 21 business days your order has not arrived,
please check with your local postal service to ensure that
your package is not being held for pick-up, if you still
have concerns contact us by email and we will assist you
or you can call our toll free customer service department
at 011 5255 53735913. It is important to have your order
number when calling.
